By 9 am I was meeting this wonderful and amazing realtor Taylor T. and looking at my new home. Taylor was caring and supportive and easy to talk too. The Willard team was really great. They were very respectful, responsive and willing to help when my agent was going through a personal crisis. They made sure to answer any questions, no matter how inexperienced I was in the home buying process. Never felt like I was out of the loop or that I couldn’t reach out to Madalyn. Lance and Mari jumped in when Madalyn wasn’t able to come due to my limited availability for inspections and walk through. They were all quite keen observers and knew what to ask and when to ask, opposed to me as a first time buyer. I always felt I could reach out without imposing.
